I'm not going to say that homeless junkies ought not to exist in the civilized world.
However.
If a restaurant is kind enough to let you come in and sit down to take shelter from the bitter cold, the least you can do is not yell, sing, tweak out, harrass customers, and make a loud and frightening nuisance of yourself.
I'm just saying.

We had a homeless guy who used to come around last year. First we had to tell him he had to buy something when he came in. Then we had to tell him not to bring in outside food. Then we had to tell him not to sleep on the furniture. Then we had to tell him to stop staring and making comments at the staff (it freaked out quite a few of them). Finally we had to tell him not to come back anymore. We wouldn't let any other customer pull that crap, so just because your homeless/on drugs does not mean you get to act like that.
I saw him verbally accosting someone at their car as I drove away.
