Side 1: It's nice of them to let the guy in on a nasty night Side 2: Don't scare off your regular customers by allowing the messed up jackass to sit there and yell, etc.
We had a homeless guy who used to come around last year. First we had to tell him he had to buy something when he came in. Then we had to tell him not to bring in outside food. Then we had to tell him not to sleep on the furniture. Then we had to tell him to stop staring and making comments at the staff (it freaked out quite a few of them). Finally we had to tell him not to come back anymore. We wouldn't let any other customer pull that crap, so just because your homeless/on drugs does not mean you get to act like that.
I saw him verbally accosting someone at their car as I drove away.
