On one hand, it feels like cheating to use that little blue wedge thing in order to do a Downward-Facing Dog.

However, I successfully managed a complete Sun Salutation last night, so I don't care.

Current Mood: accomplished

Is yoga supposed to hurt?

My leg muscles are pretty sore today, as if from a good workout, but my wrists and ankles are kind of bugging me more than they probably should be.
