My years of working with the federal government have made me lazy, complacent, and dull.

I realize this now.

Good enough is not good enough.

I feel the same way today. I'm a miserable worker, and I need to hop-to.

Wrap it in a piece of gauze first, tied on with some thread.

Well, that would make some sense. But I am too traumatized to face it.

Sorry! But I don't remember the garlic making it hurt any more than it already did.

It might have stung a little, but considering how badly it was itching prior to inserting the clove, that provided a measure of relief.

Excellent point, it did feel somewhat purifying. IN THE FLAMES OF SUFFERING WE ARE FORGED!

Why are you the recipient of my sleep-deprived punchiness? I bet you're wondering too.

nah, I'm inclined to receive such wacky and mystical things without question. I blame my Catholic upbringing.

I'm assuming, here. Unsweetened 100% cranberry juice & yogurt diet just got me over a month of misery. All day with the juice, 50/50 with water is tart & nice in this weather & your skin benefits too! Keep up with the added drinks, yogurt & supplements after.

Yeah, I should drink cranberry juice anyway! Thanks!

I meant to add, along with the OTC creams etc. But STAY AWAY from the 1-3 day paks. Un-freaking-believable pain worse than the problem itself & it comes back. Like something out of a textbook. I'm just sayin'.

Yeah, I realized that two years with a huge school district did that to me, it is so hard to break out of that and I think it is really hurting me this summer! We used to joke about how we had all lost our work ethic in the few years we had been there.

Plus, after being micromanaged it is really hard to take initiative and be a go-getter.
