Instant karma's gonna get all of us, sooner or later. I'd like to think so, anyway.
But I always hated the Frog Prince. Just because some little amphibian retrieves your golden ball from the lily pond does not give him the right to eat off your plate and sleep on your pillow.
Thematically, the Frog Prince is in diametric opposition to the Beauty and the Beast. I never realized that before. It's the same kind of curse, and it's lifted in the same exact way, but how they go about getting that spell-breaking kiss makes all the difference.
