I'm not going to say that homeless junkies ought not to exist in the civilized world.
However.
If a restaurant is kind enough to let you come in and sit down to take shelter from the bitter cold, the least you can do is not yell, sing, tweak out, harrass customers, and make a loud and frightening nuisance of yourself.
I'm just saying.
