We just spent a few pleasant lovely hours digging out one of the cars from the sea of snow which the plows had buried it in. The other car is SO VERY BURIED that J's mom is going to pay one of the super's assistants to dig it out. Great Neck got maybe a foot, but it was blown everywhere and so it got under the cars and into all the nooks and crannies...ironically State College and Boston hardly got anything.
Ugh. We narrowly escaped with a little under a foot, and a good 4" of that blew off of my car before I had to clear it off. That's, what, 18"? That's crazypants for the mid-Atlantic states.
