Given Barney vs. Boobah, I'll pick Boobah. Barney, I think, lowers kids intelligence. (And teaches them the wrong words to favorite kid songs.) Boobah, on the other hand, gives them an early appreciation for the truly bizarre, weird and British. Not necessarily in that order.
