first round of franken-bindis

I made my first bindis last night out of widowed earrings and broken bits of jewelry and rhinestones and other bling. I'm very pleased with my initial attempts, but they need to be cleaner if I'm going to make them to sell. I need to find a setting adhesive that dries clear and slow and isn't water soluble; hot glue is too messy and imprecise, Elmer's doesn't bond tightly enough, and E6000 melts plastic.

Anyway, they look so pretty I wish I had six foreheads. If I see you at the Fairie Fest this weekend, prepare to be bindi'd!

You could use aquarium solvent. Dries slow and flexible, and clear unless you use a big glob of it.
